We ship every order within the UK via Royal Mail, tracked from dispatch to your door.

Free UK delivery

Every order ships free, on us. One-time purchases and subscriptions alike, no minimum spend required.

Delivery method and timing

Every order ships via Royal Mail Tracked 24, typically arriving the next working day after dispatch.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. During particularly high-demand periods, this may take slightly longer, and we'll let you know if that's the case.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before [X]pm on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times above are estimates, not guarantees. Royal Mail can occasionally run behind, particularly around bank holidays or bad weather. By law, we're required to get your order to you within 30 days of your order being placed; in practice, it's almost always a matter of days, not weeks.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, check your tracking link first, since most delays resolve within a day or two. If it's still not showing up, contact us at sales@usesero.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with Royal Mail on your behalf.

Incorrect delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we're not able to redirect an order once it's dispatched. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible after ordering and we'll do what we can before it ships.
